Class types will be a range from beginner yoga to athletic/faster paced flows.

Hatha AM Sun Salute

This will be an energizing, heat producing, stimulating routine meant to symbolize saluting the Sun.

Hatha PM Flow

This evening flow is a low-impact sequence meant to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for rest.

Yin Yoga

A slow-paced, gentle sequence in which poses are held for 3-5 minutes each in order to target the deep connective tissues.

*Classes in the month of April 2024 are donation based.*

This means you can come to all classes at no cost or decide to donate cash/Zelle/Venmo.

If you do decide to donate, all donations will go towards my tuition + costs for nursing school.

Hiya 👋, I'm Saki RYT 200, your yoga practitioner. I say practitioner instead of instructor because yoga is fundamentally a life-long practice. I am acknowledging that we all are arriving to the mat with the intention to learn and evolve through practice of physical movement, mental focus and breathwork.

I invite you to join me in the cozy yoga studio where we will have a relaxed time being ourselves in a judgement-free, mindful, intentional and safe environment.
